1. Vehicle Ownership Declaration

Any person or business submitting a vehicle for valuation or scrapping must be the lawful registered owner of the vehicle or an officially authorized representative with written authority and valid identity documentation. HSV Auto Recycling does not purchase or dismantle disputed, encumbered, stolen, or unauthorized vehicles.

2. Quotations & Preliminary Estimates

Preliminary quotations provided over the telephone, WhatsApp, or website form are estimates based on the details, photos, and descriptions supplied by the owner. Final agreed payment is confirmed only upon physical inspection, verification of original registration documents, and inspection of key components (engine, transmission, catalytic converter, wheels).

3. RC Cancellation & Government Norms Disclaimer

HSV Auto Recycling assists and guides vehicle owners through applicable scrapping and RC documentation protocols communicated around government policy and norms. Actual approval and completion of vehicle record deregistration is subject to statutory procedures and criteria administered by the respective Regional Transport Office (RTO) or registering authority. HSV provides procedural guidance and documentation assistance, but does not substitute for the statutory authority of state transport departments.

4. Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute arising from transactions with HSV Auto Recycling shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhiwani, Haryana, India.
